Terms of sale

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.

These terms govern purchases made on this website by consumers. The seller is Sacchetti Luca (ESSE PIÙ ELLE brand), registered office in Via dei Vetturali snc, Zona Ind.le Santa Maria degli Angeli, 06081 Assisi (PG), VAT no. 05008320482, REA PG-228397, certified email (PEC) slsacluc@pec.it, email info@essepiuelle.it, WhatsApp 347 4428014.

Prices and orders

All prices are in euros and include Italian VAT. The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you have ordered, we will contact you to offer an alternative or refund you immediately.

An order can be changed or cancelled free of charge until it is being prepared: call us for immediate confirmation. If it has already been handed to the courier, you can exercise your right of withdrawal.

For now we deliver within Italy only. For deliveries to other countries, please write to us before ordering: we will quote the cost and delivery time.

Payments

Shipping

Shipping contribution € 4,90, free for orders from € 29,00. Delivery in 24/48 working hours (Sicily and Sardinia 48/72) from hand-over to the courier. Orders received Monday to Thursday by 13:00 usually ship the same day; Friday orders ship the following Monday or Tuesday. Goods travel at our risk: in case of theft or loss we will send you a new product or refund you.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving any reason (art. 52 of the Italian Consumer Code). Write to info@essepiuelle.it stating your order number and the products, then send the goods within 14 days to: ESSEPIÙELLE c/o Sacchetti Luca, Via dei Vetturali snc, Zona Ind.le Santa Maria degli Angeli, 06081 Assisi (PG). Return shipping costs are borne by you. We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of the day you notify us of your withdrawal, using the same payment method and at no cost to you; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof that they have been sent (art. 56 of the Italian Consumer Code).

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code): cosmetics and personal care products must be returned intact, sealed and in their original packaging.

Wrong or damaged products

If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered or that is damaged, write to us within 14 days with a few photos: we will collect it at our expense and replace it, or refund you. All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for consumers (art. 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code): we are liable for defects that appear within 2 years of delivery.

Complaints and disputes

For any complaint write to info@essepiuelle.it or on WhatsApp at 347 4428014. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if in Italy. You can also turn to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body listed by the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy (art. 141 and following of the Italian Consumer Code).
