Directions for use:
One filter in a cup of boiling water, leave to infuse for 5/7 minutes with a lid to prevent the loss of volatile compounds.
Take in the morning and afternoon, preferably away from meals. Do not use chlorinated water.
Before removing the sachets, press them lightly with a teaspoon.
Possible slight variations in taste and colour are part of the naturalness of the product.
