Manic Panic is the semi-permanent hair colour that is 100% vegan and not tested on animals.
Its formula is enriched with a complex of herbs and proteins, and the colours are vibrant, neon and long-lasting.
For optimal application the hair must be porous, bleached or tinted.
To achieve a result as close as possible to the colour chart and a bright, vivid colour, it is essential that the hair be bleached.
On natural hair, it may not be fully absorbed.
Manic Panic High Voltage hair colour lasts around 5-6 weeks, a time that can be extended by washing the hair less frequently or using dry shampoo.
They contain no ammonia and do not damage the hair.

How to use:
– After washing the hair with shampoo, pat dry with a towel and apply Manic Panic colour from roots to tips, preferably with a tint brush.
– Comb and massage the hair, helping the product to spread and penetrate.
– Leave on for 30-35 minutes.
– Start by rinsing just one strand to check the colour, using lukewarm water.
– If the result is satisfactory, rinse the whole head thoroughly.
– As this is also a conditioning product, no further treatment is needed.
