Manic Panic is the semi-permanent hair colour that is 100% vegan and never tested on animals.
Its formula is enriched with a complex of herbs and proteins, and the colours are vibrant, neon and long-lasting.
For best results, hair should be porous, bleached or tinted.
To achieve a result as close as possible to the shade chart and a bright, intense colour, the hair must be bleached.
On natural hair, it may not be fully absorbed.
Manic Panic High Voltage hair dye lasts around 5-6 weeks, a period that can be extended by washing hair less often or using dry shampoo.
They contain no ammonia and do not damage the hair.

How to use:
– After washing the hair with shampoo, pat dry with a towel and apply the Manic Panic colour from roots to ends, preferably with a tinting brush.
– Comb and massage the hair to help distribute and penetrate the product.
– Leave on for 30-35 minutes.
– Start by rinsing just one strand to check the colour, using lukewarm water.
– If you are happy with the result, rinse the whole head thoroughly.
– As this is also a conditioning product, no further treatment is needed.
