How to use:
Use alone or with a firming cream / scrub, always starting from the ankles or knees and moving up the legs towards the buttocks and groin.
Using circular movements, work from the bottom upwards to stimulate blood circulation and promote fluid drainage.
Apply light to moderate pressure, without overdoing it, for about 3 to 5 minutes per area (such as each individual thigh),
for a total session lasting between 10 and 15 minutes.
